Suzy Welch is an award-winning Professor of Management at the NYU Stern School of Business, the Director of the NYU Stern | Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, and the inventor of the Becoming You Methodology, now used by millions worldwide to build thriving careers and organizations.

Professor Welch is an expert on personal values and their role in forging meaningful careers. She holds a PhD in values expression from the University of Bristol, where she developed the Welch-Bristol Values Inventory, a landmark empirical cataloguing of human motivations, and the foundation of The Values Bridge, a scientifically validated assessment.

Professor Welch is the founder and CEO of Becoming You Labs, an organization of researchers, technologists, curriculum experts, and product designers bringing the Becoming You methodology to individuals, institutions, and organizations in more than 40 countries. The Values Bridge, launched in 2024 and featured in The Wall Street Journal and Fortune magazine, has now been taken almost 200,000 times and has been heralded as one of the most powerful values measurement tools developed in the past 25 years.

Kelly Kennedy, Ed.D. currently serves as the Director of Transformative Learning and career education faculty for undergraduate students at the University of Connecticut School of Business and has been at the University since 2008. It is here that she assisted over 8,500 students in landing their first jobs and internships since designing the career curriculum in 2008. her focus is to create immersion programming industry by partnering with organizations for students to develop a professional skillset that is most relevant to their future careers. Kelly is dedicated to recognizing the unique career and developmental needs of students by tailoring career curricula to align with corporate hiring requirements, enhancing job marketability, and supporting talented business students in finding meaningful work. Dr. Kennedy has a consulting business called Within Reach Consulting Group, assisting recent graduates (Gen Z) in finding meaning at work and working with companies to ensure that recent graduates are finding meaning in their current roles.
